Yes, we do accept returns. If you are not happy with your item for any reason contact us within 14 days after you received the item and we will work it out with you. We give full refunds for the item being in the same condition it was sent to you only, but not the shipping. And your return is free. Return the item to us and we will refund the product price and return shipping fee. When you contact us we will give you the "return to" shipping address.

Yes, we try our best to make sure all items we sell are shipped with tracking no matter where its going. So we will know when it gets delivered to you.

After you contact us, we usually respond within 24 hours.

When we put jewelry out for sale it will read exactly what the jewelry is made of. We only sell sterling silver or gold jewelry. The jewelry may be gold plated, but it will be first sterling silver. We do sell simulated jewels and cubic zirconia along with diamonds and other pure gems.
